I started a purchase with this business but didn't complete the purchase on their website, as is my right. Unfortunately they captured my email address in the process, and have unindated me with multiple emails every single day since. Their unsubscribe link is identified as a phishing website, and they refuse to unsubsribe me despite repeated requests that they do so. This company clearly has no respect for customers!!!

Purchased 4x desks from this company, everything was delivered promptly and in good condition. I had to return one item as it was just ever so slightly too large - absolutely no pushback from the company, they just asked for photos and a collection was arranged a couple days later.
Following the collection, I received consistent updates via email about the status of the return, and the return was processed quickly.
Brilliant customer service, wish it was always that easy! Thank you very much to Laura.

Following an initial disappointment of ordering a desk which appeared to be in stock, but then wasn’t for a couple of weeks office monster staff have been really helpful and my new desk arrived and is great.
