Vape hardware not reliable
I recently started purchasing OfficialFarmacy THC vapes. My first order went well, and everything worked as expected. However, with my second order, one out of the three vapes was defective. I attempted to reach out via email but never received a response.
One of the devices appeared to have an issue after charging—it seems the seal may have broken, causing the oil to leak into the vape itself. I noticed the charging port became sticky, which is how I realized there was likely an internal leak.
With my next order, I ran into another issue. Again, one out of the three vapes failed. The battery died, and after charging it, I was only able to get a couple of puffs before the battery light started flashing continuously. It wouldn’t stop, even after unplugging and plugging it back in. Eventually, the battery died completely and would no longer charge at all.
While the product itself is good, the vape hardware does not seem to be reliable. Having one out of three devices fail in multiple orders is not an acceptable rate, especially without any customer support response. Because of this, I’ve decided to try another brand—I can’t continue wasting money on faulty products.
