Scam. They take your money and don’t send the product!!

I ordered blankets and bedding on 10th of July never received them and have emailed them a number of times demanding either my order or a refund and still nothing what should I do now some advice and email or numbers who I can report this to so I can try getting my money back

Ordered my items in June 2023. Got tracking numbers etc and got the same responses as everyone above. Till today, never received it!

Order never received (ordered in September). No responses via email. Contacted PayPal for full refund and dispute.
Police and trading standards informed.
Avoid at all costs!

Ordered some lights in September and they never arrived. Wrote to their customer service and no response. Tried tracking the order on their website and got an error.!!! Avoid avoid!

Scam. No real products ever received.

Total scam.
Tracked order all way and received stickers.
Was told order still in warehouse.
Tracking number changed.
Item never arrived.
Contacted bank and they are reversing payment.

Ordered bedding in July still hasn’t arrived in October. Impossible to get a response from company . Buyer beware . Massive scam

Never received my item from them. Ordered in July. I wonder if anyone has had experience where they had their account information stolen. EF this place.

88 days and still waiting for my order that is never coming. I'm disgusted. This site is just a total scam.. how are they getting getting away with it, surely they should be deleted from Instagram..

Ordered fluffy beddings 16th July and I haven't got it. Now it almost 2 month since I ordered. They don't answer to email 😡😡😡😡😡😡
Don't Buy from them!!!!

Purchased on 7th July, heard nothing from them.
Chased on 29th August, told they needed my personal information (photo ID) to release the purchase from customs, they requested the front and back of my ID.
Told them this sounded like a scam (do not EVER give your ID to a random company) and asked for a refund, many emails later I'm told they can't help me.
Absolute SCAM and shocking service, do not recommend, plenty of reputable places with normal customer service.

Scam, bought my daughter rainbow bed covers. Never arrived. They don’t reply to emails; cannot find them again on Instagram. Do not order from them 😡

Total scam. Order never showed up. Links to my order and the shop no longer working. No response to my emails.
Zero stars.

I ordered a blanket months ago I emailed to find out where it was they then replyed with please give me your licence from and back photo also my other id and crefit card i asked why it has been paid for answer was so we can give it to customs

An absolute scam, bloody thieves

SCAM. Same as other comments. One month and not received. Sent emails and they are asking for copy of my licence. Told them I have never had to submit it. Dodgy. Dispute raise.
