I ordered 3 gas bottles, one was only half full the other was corroded on the top and wouldn't work in my $200+ carboantor. I contacted customer service and was told to send it back and they would replace them. I printed out the return sheet as asked and 3 months later have not recieved any bottles. I have emailed and no response. Do oyurself a favour and buy another brand
Support is very poorly and their servers are way to bad for their price. It can barely handle any animations. And that for a gold plan.

Real scam. They take your money and spend weeks not delivering an internet service. They never even answered my 2nd email and told PayPal they did. I disputed their lack of communication and service. PayPal gave them my $50.00! Had to cancel with PayPal to stop them from continuing to bill me. Do not do business with this company and above all do not agree to give them your credit card if you value you your money. Great doing business with a company that refuses to refund you even after you cancel before receiving services. First negative review I have written in 20 years.
Been using since April for my 24/7 music stream and in general it is a very good company, their customer service is usually pretty fast and the server has allowed me to free up my pc for studying and prepared me for my house moves, and the lack of internet that wil follow because of that.
Occasionally issues happen, one time I was unable to access my server for 20 minutes to an hour but they fixed it up pretty fast.
If you never had a server before, don't worry, its just a computer that you remotely control, it works just the same as any other windows pc (albeit a slightly different looking one)
