The customer service representative Brooke was very pleasant and efficient in arranging with a colleague to send free of charge a replacement holster damaged by builders at my house. The part arrived within three days a standards of service which is unprecedented in this country by most organisations. From my experience I must highly recommend Ohme who have provided a high standard of service from the off and for this after sales experience it appears they more than honour guarantee and conditions of sale, marvellous

Rob is very professional, I am happy with the job. Left the area clean and tidy.

Electrician fitting my charger very polite and efficient it’s a shame he couldn’t give me a quick rundown but they are just contractors. Cannot pair with my Hyundai either Ohme or Hyundai need to get it fixed.

Issue with my ev charging speed. Zach identified the issue and helped resolve straight away

Charger stopped charging to full capacity for some reason whilst nothing had changed or altered. I worked around it. You have to go onto the app every time you want to charge your car, and now when I go into the app it asks me to set up and account, even though I have had an active account for months. So i go through the set up process again only for it to tell me that my charger is already linked to an another account!! Which is obviously my account.

There is ZERO customer service. Every time you call them it just says they are busy and puts you on hold - whatever time of day it is. So you can never speak to anyone. I have currently been on hold for 57 minutes with no answer. And I have no way of charging my car.

Absolutely shocking service. AVOID

Painless installation, by a competent engineer, information easy to obtain, all good.

The engineer arrived on time and managed the whole installation without any issues.

Location and plan for installing the charger fully explained and agreed.

On completion if the installation the Engineer explained the use of the APP and how it worked.

Also gave advice on how to operate the APP functions.

My new EV has not arrived yet, but testing the use on my Plug In Hybrid for experience.

I am extremely happy with the whole process and how the charger has been installed on my property.

Awful supplier. Awful customer service. Because of this we will be ending our ev car when the lease is up. Never ever again will i buy an ev car. Ohme are just a shocking company. They use a company called plug in and they are just as bad. Lies lies and more lies. Beware of using them as they are incompetent electrical installers.

As part of the Motability Scheme, Ohme installed an EV charger at our house. The experience was quick and easy, arrangements were made and the installation has happened within a couple of weeks of our application for an EV car. The installer, Lee, was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Following on from earlier review I posted of charger failure I had an email from complaints dept gushing with apologies for poor service and suggesting I change my supplier contract details on the Ohme app which they said it would be a fix🤷‍♂️ and to get in touch if it failed again. Lo and behold it did fail. Sent email to the complaints team individual who said I should let him know if it did fail 2 days ago - no response.
It seems to me that the unit is faulty and I don’t understand thier reluctance to even send an engineer to have a look, or failing that refund my costs so I can get one that is reliable, which I have requested more than once but no comment on any of that from Ohme.
Ongoing poor service on what is proving to be a poor product.

Installation very easy, was expected to take about 4 hours but took less than that even with a slight glitch. The installer was very helpful and friendly, and explained everything clearly for me, and even helped me set up the charging app. Highly recommend
