Significant flaws in trial frame

Bought the trial frame and accessories. Decent quality but a very disappointing flaw is that when you reduce PD to approx 58 or less, there is insufficient space in the middle for the nose pad to sit appropriately. The nose pad has to either sit really high (no one has a bridge that high that I've seen yet) or be pushed really far back, which significantly increases the BVD to an unacceptable amount. Additionally, the legs can't be tightened enough on adults with smaller heads. Appreciate that this is not expensive as Oculus but still expensive enough that these flaws should not be problematic. Advertising this as PD range from 48mm is completely inaccurate and false, because 48-58mm either fits poorly or not at all.

Faulty chart

Faulty chart. Children optotypes are incorrect. This is not suitable for testing and is misleading. I would stay from this fevice. Continuously crashes. The optotypes ate not to british standards, especially testing for children. I have tried and tried and tried to get this fixed and have personally spoken to the owner in person and text messages, however have been shrugged off and treated like crap. Please stay away.

The testing chart is a fantastic bit of kit. Has so many different options including multi-language.
The customer service has been perfect. Had a small issue which was dealt with immediately.
As my other testing rooms need upgrading, I will only come to OICO.
