Buy software from OJOsoft! When it doesn't work then, by coincidence, neither do their sales or support emails (after 4 attempts and 6 days) - and there isn't a telephone number. I'm off to MyCommerce/Digital River who handled the financial bit and if that doesn't work, to the credit card company. OJOsoft are happy to take your money but, after that, they simply do not care about satisfied customers.
My OJO total video converter, stop working after about a week. First I tried customer support, no answer. Then I tried the third party vendor who sold me the software, they forwarded my e-mail to OJOsoft. It has been two weeks still no answer. So in desperation I downloaded a program called Prism Plus, this program has more features, easier to navigate, all in all is a much better program. I'm trying to get my money back from OJO under the satisfaction guarantee. Needless to say, no one has contacted me, I checked my credit card, no credit has shown up yet. By the way I went to the total video converter download site, no surprise it's not working.
I needed to convert a mts video so I tried the 20 % conversion and the audio was converted...I thought if I bought it the entire video would convert...wrong. The video never did convert and an error kept stopping the process. I emailed them within hours of buying it and explained the issue and asked for a refund...they will not give me a refund and keep replying that I need to identify the issue so they can fix it. They will not give a number to talk to a person. I explained the issue and that I uninstalled it still not refund. This company of a scam....DO NOT BUY!!!!!
I purchased this software with the hopes of converting one video file. The software would not work on this file and I contacted the company as they advertised a "money back" guarantee. They refuse to honor their guarantee and refund my money. They are a bunch of con artists and are very unethical. Do not do business with them.
