INSTAGRAM SCAM COMPANY, a year in I’m still trying to get my money back through my bank which isn’t really helping because I was never given a estimate on delivery date.
Don’t be fooled by these scumbags.

Do NOT buy off them, this is a SCAM SELLER ON INSTAGRAM. Unfortunately, Instagram offers no customer support or redress for users who get scammed by fraudsters like these scumbags. This is the second seller who used the same 'DM for collab' tactic with a discount price to cheat me out of money but never sending me the product I paid for!
I ordered a custom collar almost FOUR MONTHS AGO. After the order was placed I never received further communication from them, even after asking where the order was and requesting a refund.
In an ideal world, we would be suing Instagram for failing to offer a safety net or even a complaints procedure against scam sellers. Unlike eBay and amazon who at least as respectable companies do provide some redress when things go wrong.
There is literally nothing you can do on Instagram. Just BEWARE and do NOT buy anything off these scam sellers. The other scammer was AYDI DOG WEAR. make sure to check independent reviews before buying anything off of Instagram - seems to be as bad as Facebook markets (and it should seeing as the company is owned by them).
Steer clear and keep growing your following organically.
