I ordered my package on December 6th and today is January 12th. It's been more than a month and still I don't have my package. I will not recommend any one to buy product from oldsoulcraft, they are fake please don't risk your money.

Do not purchase, order never arrived!!! Ordered beginning of June and nothing, sent several communications and received no communications back. Disputed refund with my bank and got money back straight away.

Do not buy from this website, you do not receive your order. Thankfully it looks as though they have been closed down.
Anyone who has not received your order, raise a payment dispute through your bank, you will get your money back

Ordered bucket hat in May never received. No response to emails. Please avoid scammers

Ordered a bucket hat on 8th of June now 24th August have emailed with no replies so reading these reviews does not look like I am going to get it! Anyone no of any other method of getting hold of them? Very poor customer service would leave well alone.

Any idea on how to get some brass back from these scammers? Pre ordered a bucket hat like a fool about 8 weeks ago! So annoying, sent loads of emails and now their fb page has disappeared

Pre ordered a Leed's Northern Soul bucket hat in late May, also a tshirt my friend ordered for me. As everyone else didn't arrive, no reply to Emails, thinking they have shafted quite a few people!..Anyway looking on Ebay just, type in Dirty Leed's you get a company called. "Names_Numbers,".
Which is basically just them in another attempt to scam people, also address given is Northallerton, & some products even have old school leeds logo behind them!!.. 😡😡.

I wish I'd looked on here before I sent them money over a month ago for a hat & stickers, looks like I've been had too. I've bought t-shirts from them in the past 5 years a few times but it looks doubtful I'll get it now. Thieves

Thieves!! Take your money, confirm your order then don’t deliver the goods! Left messages & emails and they haven’t responded to any of them! Now they have taken their website down, as well as their Facebook & Instagram accounts so no way of all at getting in contact with them!!

My daughter bought me a t shirt for Father's Day....never arrived....sent an email....got a reply saying they were behind schedule and were looking into it....my daughter then got an email saying it had been shipped...about 4 weeks ago....still not arrived...their website is now down...their facebook is down...their Instagram is down....hopefully they have gone for good....a shame because the stuff on the website was actually quite cool.....avoid....is a scam.

Terrible, been waiting months for my hat, no reply from emails avoid it's a scam and I've been robbed of 30 quid.

Im just reiterating what people has already said,.placed an order for a mug on 21st May and still to receive it despite 2 emails sent and zero response, i can probanly afford to write this off as it was only £13 but thought many times about placing more substantial orders with them in the past...glad i didnt !!!!

Received what I ordered in a timely and efficient manor. My wife loves wearing it around our caravan. Quality up their with my 3 euro stone island polos.

Numerous emails chasing up an order go unanswered. Resorted to chasing the order up on social media and nothing but flippant replies.
The holding company behind the website was dissolved late 2020. Total scam.
Stay away. This guy needs to be shut down quickly.

Ordered T-shirt never arrived and ignored emails, had to claim my money back via the credit card company. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!

Avoid at all costs. They steal your money and don’t reply to your emails. Terrible company and they should be ashamed of themselves
