I bought Supreme Nectar by Nectar Olfactif, and it is nothing like the bottles I’ve had before. It literally smells like alcohol—just flat. I’m afraid it doesn’t look like an authentic product.

For the second time when I order and pay with Apple Pay, you guys charge me the shipping insurance despite me opting out of it. When I reported the issue to customer service, you canceled my whole order instead of just refunding the extra charge. I’m disappointed by this experience.
