Absolutely scam. Don't use this company. And they don't do returns
I purchased an item (mini golf game) from the Olfire website after seeing an advertisement for it on Instagram.
I paid for this on the 27th December 2020. The email comms were decent but the delivery time was lengthy, after 4 weeks I got told it was being delivered. This got delivered to the complete wrong address in the UK and I double checked the details in my booking confirmation which were correct.
I flagged this with their customer support instantly. Responsive at first saying they would reach out to the supplier to sort it out. Weeks go by and I ask if they will provide a refund or provide a return to which I get told the same message and to be patient.
Now here we are 2 months after I paid for the item and they will not help me, they will not send a refund and they will not confirm if they are sending another. No information, terrible service and now very slow reply’s.
I think this business is a con so do not waste your money on their products.
