Beware!! this company does not honour their warranty. They deny liability. Having made recommendations for control. They were forced to supply new wall controls which also failed to communicate with my Olide electric window openers. They are blaming my wi fi signal and now our supply voltage. anything to avoid responsibility.
They ghosted me for months and only after I tried to claim on the 5 year warranty did they reply but blamed the installation not their product. I bought a model with Stainless steel winder chain but they are only zinc plated and rusting in less than a year.

The installation instructions are not very accurate and I was given multiple wiring diagrams/suggestions. After I was able to get it working properly, the motor continually overheats. The company has been "investigating" the overheating for several weeks. Now they have stopped responding to my emails.

Horrible company to deal with. Brand new opener. Have an overheating problem on a slider door opener. Thought Sara was going to help after taking a long time to finally respond only to make up excuses then completely stop responding. My door opener has obvious defects, 5 options do not work and the motor gets up to almost 180 degrees when not in use (too hot to touch). Sent pics and videos. Zero customer service, no phone numbers or street addresses are published for this company, that alone shows they do not want to hear from anyone.

Purchased sliding door opener two years ago. In May door begin to malfunction and make very loud noise after closing. I immediately contacted Olide smart auto door by email. I sent multiple emails and videos of the problem. After weeks of communicating with Jason,the sales director and Sara and performing the instructions they emailed me,they both have stopped all communications with me. My last 5 emails have gone unanswered. The website states the product has a five year warranty, but the company refuses to honor it.

I wanted a very short auto window opener and found this company online. They were really helpful, offering the choice of 2 models. I purchased 2 and they arrived from China in about 2 weeks. Initially these worked fine however after a few months one of the motor units ceased to work. I emailed their rep (Stella) and she was so very helpful. She arranged for a replacement motor to be Fedex'd to me in less than 10 days. I would highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. Btw I'm in the UK and there was no problem receiving the goods from China in a reasonable time.

I have bought ten sets of sliding door opener from Olide.It is really cheap and high quality.The customer assistance is kind and patient.
