I ordered a comforter and it took over 10 days for them to mail it out - when I did receive it - it was not the product I ordered. When I went to return it I was greeted with a volley of back and forth emails and photo requests of what was sent. Still days and I have yet to receive an RMA to return the wrong merchandise. When I called the 866# for assistance the call was answered by an answering service that despite their California address, I am told they are an Australian company that only works on Australian hours. Utter Nonsense. So difficult to receive - return - get a human - have an expected retail experience. Sorry I made the purchase.
