Love the bag but additional black strap far too long and even with extra holes no use as to much strap hanging loose. Would be better with a buckle type strap and shorter. Will need to buy a replacement one as I prefer the leather one to a fabric one. Would like to buy more but strap puts be off.

Really, really pleased with my new bag, went for the black one with two straps. Plenty of room and very impressed with the quality. Delivery was quick and packed perfect.

I don’t usually do reviews but wow this def deserves one…. I’ve been looking at these bags for months mainly because a plus size girlie I can never ever ever ever find straps long enough to even look good on me. As a mum of a toddler I also needed something big enough to fit all her things in. Bertie…. Is perfection! The strap is so long I don’t even need it on the longest. Can I just say thank you thank you thank you! I will be repurchasing and you’ve made a customer out of me!! If anyone is in 2 minds just go for it. I fitted spare clothes a drink and my phone in Bertie today so was perfect. Delivery was fast, amazing quality and the strap is just amazing and long!

I have bought a bag from Ollie and nic before and I loved it. The leather, durability, design (Mary poppins - all and sundry ) fitted with my style and needs. The strap was adjustable with a nice extra so I could take it as part of my glam events if needed. I bought the second bag on sale absolute bargain with a purse and am so pleased with my purchase.

Ordering process was simple, quick delivery.

Love the bag, great colour to go with everything but it’s a bit bigger than I thought. I was looking at the smaller bag (Gigi I think) in tan but seems to be sold out

Fast delivery and really happy with my bag. It’s a beautiful colour and surprisingly spacious compared to other similar bags I have purchased in the past.
It seems to be well made and excellent value for the price (purchased in the sale)
Shame they didn’t have one in navy blue as I would have purchased another as well as my green one.
