Really pleased with my bag. The two staps are useful depending on how you want to use the bag. The size is just right, holds my purse, phone, glasses case and make up bag with room to spare.

The bag is so loverly the slight issue I have is the strap must have been folded wrong when it was packaged so it’s got a kink in it. But the quality is great

First of all the presentation of the bags on Facebook was really good.. I loved the bags at first sight. I am also wary and waited a while to check that the site was ok. Once I had decided to go ahead it was such a dilemma as to which colours to choose! I settled for the special offer on Gigi and got a tan one and an apple green one ready to go into autumn. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was on time.

I ordered a bag from Ollie & Nic but when it arrived it wasn't quite as to my taste. However, the returns service couldn't have been simpler, including a pre-paid label so no postage incurred.

The bag is of good quality, lovely colour with a long crossbody strap so that it sits comfortably, the bag is just the right size. The delivery service was really good didn’t have to wait long for it to arrive. Very pleased with everything
