Caviar is delicious

Caviar is delicious, delivery is great. Highly recommend. I order your caviar for my sister at least twice a year and am always pleased and she loves caviar.

It didn't live up to the advertisement

Ive had caviar before through a different company, and this product didn't have the same hallmarks. It didn't pop, no byttery notes, and it wasn't even salty. Couldn't taste anything over the CF, so I tried it by itself and was basically tasteless. The hackleback was inedible, it smelled fishy and didn't want to take the risk eating it.

The subtlety in flavor, especially with sustainable varieties like Hackleback, is intentional and appreciated by many connoisseurs for its more refined profile.

Please note that we guarantee the freshness of our caviar at the time of delivery. To preserve its quality, it must be kept refrigerated immediately after arrival. When stored properly, the product remains safe and flavorful through the expiration date printed on the jars.
