Ordered items after seeing ad on INSTAGRAM
Ordered items after seeing ad on Instagram. Credit card was charged for said items. They never arrived. Emailed to cancel. They wrote back and said items were in transit and gave me tracking number. When I clicked to track package, the site was all in Chinese, and I was unable to understand what the characters were saying. Reported to my CC company, and they issued a refund. Very shady. Do not trust. Their ads pop up with same dresses on same models under different store names.
Received 2 items
Horribly poor quality
Nothing like the photos
Cheaply made
No tags or labels
Beware
The fake biz apparently uses multiple aliases bc I keep seeing their same ads on instagram under various pseudonyms
Buyer Beware: Omnifairy and Nanolily are a scam!
I too fell for the scam. They operate under multiple business names including Omnifairy and Nanolily. Probably more. I never received my goods. I tried to contact 'customer service' without luck. Please always review the legitimacy of online retailers before buying...I made the mistake of not doing this and now have to try and recoup money from the bank.
This is a scam
This is a scam. Beware and do not fall for their multiple company names. They advertise everywhere including Instagram using multiple company names. I never got my items.
SCAM IT HAS BEEN A WHOLE MONTH OF…
SCAM IT HAS BEEN A WHOLE MONTH OF NOTHING NO WAY TO GET A RETURN! NO CLOTHES! DO NOT ORDER
Horrible company
Horrible company. There clothes dont even come with labels and they are very poor quality and don't fit like they say they will. Do not believe the photos! They want you to ship the items back to China even though they come send from America addresses so it is obvious they don't want you to send the items back. Its all a BIG SCAM!
this website sucks and is a scam
this website sucks. it is a total scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. the clothes are a good price but dont fall for there stupid scam. you might think its not at first but once you order it it doesnt ever come and the phone number on the site is fake. in order to get your money back you have to call the bank! so its best that you not order from tghis stupid fake brand.
BEWARE ITS A MOTHERFUCKING SCAM
it is a scam. i ordered a month ago and still haven’t received my order. i emailed them to ask when it was coming and they gave me an inconclusive reply. i would not order from them because it is likely that my order is never going to come. the website is shady and i would contact your bank immediately to get your refund because they will not give you one.
Agree with previous review
Agree with previous review. It’s a total scam. The products are reproduced in China. It takes at least six weeks to arrive. The items stated that the fabric Was cotton, instead it was this horrible cheesy material. One of my items had a hole in it. There is literally no way to get a refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
BEWARE
BEWARE: I would not order from this scam company. I ordered goods ages ago and repeatedly asked for delivery date. They cannot give me one and their emails back to me make absolutely no sense whatsoever. Given goods cannot be delivered and I leave the country for 2 months next week I requested order cancellation and refund.
They have completely ignored multiple requests to refund me and continue to ask me to be patient while they prepare my order for shipping. PLEASE HEED MY ADVISE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED WITH A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL I WOULD IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR BANK TO RAISE A DEBIT BACK REQUEST FROM THEM IF YOU TOO ARE EXPERIENCING THIS SAME SITUATION.
