Unfortunitly unhappy!!! Purchased three of their pan and tilt security camera. Worked great for 2 weeks. Except for one that gave issue right off the bat. Started to have poor connection right away...upgraded signals, modem, and lines. Now, only about 9 months after install, I only have one camera that works, and not very well!!! So much for a security system. Customer service gave a lot of lip service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Besides, cannot access their site anymore...

Be careful with this lot
Be careful with this lot. They dont tell you that their products have 30 day warranty. I purchased one of their IP Cameras that needs mains power to work so had to pay $120 for mains connection. It stopped working in 60 days. Does the company care? No. not at all.
