I'm glad I read the reviews because now I know I made the right decision. I was also asked to pay the $40 and rejected it so they told me I didn't qualify.
Mind you, I have nothing to hide. I just feel that if I'm the one looking for work, I shouldn't have to pay anything.
I'm in my late 50s and have been working since I was 17. In my experience, no legitimate employer will ever ask you to pay for your own background check.

I have worked multiple gigs through this company and they are amazing! You get what you put into it. Scheduling is straightforward and hours for each gig are posted before finally committing to a contract. They also add alot of bonuses and ways to earn extra during the contract terms. Definitely the best gig site I've found so far!

Previously, I have utilized the platform without any issues; however, I recently agreed to pay a $40 fee for a background check through a third-party vendor. Unfortunately, the vendor has failed to submit the background report as promised.

Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, I have found Omni's support to be unhelpful, as there seems to be a lack of engagement with the vendor on my behalf. This has turned what should be a straightforward process into a frustrating experience, leading me to reconsider my future use of the platform.

Given that the goods/services were not delivered as expected, I believe this situation warrants a request for a refund or at least some form of assistance from a representative who can help facilitate a resolution. I understand that company policies may be in place, but I feel it is crucial to address the inadequacies of service in this instance.

SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE! I paid $40 for a background check, completed all required paperwork, drug screen as well as TWO completed background reports however without any communication or notice I have been restricted from accessing the platform and no HR responds to me emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
