While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

In all fairness to them..

In all fairness to them... they are just as bad as 99% of all Executive Recruiters. Why? Their industry's business model: a) Post fake jobs to feed their resume data-base. b) IF (and it's a big "IF") they were actually 'retained", as in they have a signed job-order/contract from a client-employer... they have people that are NOT qualified... to judge, who IS qualified for the job they are looking to fill. c) They put applicants through unnecessary and irrelevant screenings. In short: If you need a job... stay away from Executive Recruiters. Don't apply through them, NOR apply to jobs where the employer does not disclose salary, benefits, etc. Would you move into an apartment... without knowing the rent?

Narrow, rigid, rude.

I think they misinterpret their clients’ hiring desires. In fact, I think they over interpret them through the lens of their misinformed biases. For example, they use astoundingly literal interpretations of “industry experience.” If they recruit for an educational non-profit it won’t matter if you have decades of experience in similar roles they’ll only look at the orgs you've worked for. They’re also very rude and dismissive of candidates who don’t meet their rigid interpretations. I will never work with this organization as a candidate or client.
