Mi experiencia con Onatex ha sido muy…

Mi experiencia con Onatex ha sido muy decepcionante.

Después de meses hablando con ellos sobre un encargo, enviando toda la información y material que me solicitaron y realizando el pago adelantado que me pidieron para comenzar el trabajo, dejaron de responder y el proyecto nunca llegó a iniciarse.

La entrega estaba prevista para enero y, tras semanas esperando noticias y tratando de contactar por correo, teléfono y WhatsApp, tuve que solicitar formalmente la devolución del dinero debido al incumplimiento.

Han pasado ya varios meses y sigo sin recibir una solución real, únicamente largas y promesas de que “lo comunicarán al departamento correspondiente”.

Comparto mi experiencia porque considero importante la comunicación y la seriedad cuando un cliente deposita su confianza y su dinero en una empresa.
