Working in the Birchin Court venue is a pleasure. The site is very well looked after, and provisioned to a high standard. The concierge team are especially of note as they make us all feel welcome, they provide a high standard of service to my clients when they arrive, and are always on hand to assist where last minute changes are required. In addition the Birchin Court monthly events enhance the experience my teams have in this welcoming office environment.

The team are amazing and always go above and beyond

The hospitality/operational team at The One Avenue Group especially at Birchin Court where we are based is first class. The office space and surroundings are super polished and extremely well looked after and the team always make you feel welcome by going the extra mile. Their warmth, polish, flexibility, proactiveness, and commitment to looking after their clients is outstanding. It doesn't matter how busy or stretched they are, they always go above and beyond to ensure our needs and requirements are met and that we are well looked after. Always smiley, positive, warm, professional, and coupled with a good sense of humour. Outstanding!

I work at Meridien House and the staff here are genuinely lovely and really elevate our experience on a daily basis. From the moment you walk in, there is always a welcoming and professional atmosphere which makes a real difference, especially during busy workdays. The team are consistently friendly, approachable and proactive, and it never feels like anything is too much trouble.

In particular, Mia is always on hand to help us out with whatever bespoke needs we have. She is incredibly responsive, efficient and thoughtful in the way she handles requests, whether it is organising meeting rooms at short notice, helping with client-facing arrangements or sorting out day-to-day practicalities. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and does so with such a positive attitude. It is clear she genuinely cares about providing an excellent experience.

I work in Meridien House and I absolutely love the reception team. Emma and her team are the absolute best when it comes to organising events, providing a great service and keeping a great and positive atmosphere at the venue. 😇

Since the very first day we started working at One Avenue offices, the hospitality, kindness and smiles of all the staff have been priceless. They brighten the busy day and are always ready to help and assist in any way possible. All the partners that came for a meeting in our offices noticed this and that is the best welcome one can have. Fantastic place to work!

Every single member of the team at Southwark Street have gone above and beyond to make our transition to our new office not only super smooth but really enjoyable. A huge thank you to Ellie, Lizzy, Jess, Aida, Paige, Mary & Becks.

My experience with the team at North Row has been nothing short of excellent. From day one, they’ve been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Emails are always answered quickly, and any queries or maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently, nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

The ladies at the front are especially wonderful, kind, personable, and always welcoming. They greet everyone with a smile, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere that really makes a difference. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such warmth and approachability, but North Row manages to do both effortlessly.

I’m truly impressed with their commitment to great service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly values their residents and takes pride in what they do. A special mention to Sodaba the centre manager and Marcelina who since joining have really made a great improvement.

What a fabulous front of house team, so kind, helpful and overall lovely individuals a credit to one avenue group they always go the extra mile.

We have just renewed our agreement with One Avenue for the third year. The Southwark Street office is a fabulous location, but what makes all the difference is the team who work so hard to deliver a first class service. The team are so warm and welcoming and nothing is ever any trouble. No matter what you ask or what time of day you need something, the team quickly and efficiently jump on any request and it is always handled with a smile. In addition to this, they love to have a bit of fun, regularly going the extra mile to make the working day enjoyable, whether this is through networking events, easter egg hunts, celebrations or (last week) fresh smoothies.

I had the pleasure of using the serviced office at Jewry Street, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, the service was first class. The team, led by Jess, was incredibly helpful and always happy to assist with anything we needed. It was clear that they take pride in offering a top-notch experience.

The office environment was professional, comfortable, and well-maintained, thanks to the amazing cleaners who ensured everything was spotless. The team also organized some fantastic events for the office, which helped foster a sense of community. The highlight, of course, was the Christmas party it was a fun and thoughtful gesture that made everyone feel appreciated.

Overall, I highly recommend One Avenue Group for anyone looking for a serviced office with exceptional service and a great atmosphere.

We had office space in Meridien House for about 2.5 years. Having always had terrible experiences with office space providers, we were delighted to find Persiana and her entire team to be so friendly, efficient and professional. Quick shoutout for Ella on the front desk, who was was always really welcoming and helpful.
