Service is total garbage.
Service is total garbage.
This is a site where patients have to complete an interview prior to surgery. The service is total garbage and completely unusable. The system fails to record patient answers. Password reset does not work. The list goes on and on.
It is one of those systems like airport security, where it is imposed upon people by an authority who has no appreciation for customer service, and has little understanding of the client impact.
It's time to put this company out of business. When you are asked by your hospital to fill it out, protest to your doctor.
