One Model Place needs to get professional.

Website and mobile app with a lot of bugs. Paid a Platinum subscription that should give me access to all the features but didn't (e.g. could not post casting calls because of a bug in the dialog or were taking too long to approve). Even with platinum account you are still expected to pay for visible casting calls. The image upload interface only lets you upload one picture at a time and after completing a form. Requested a refund, they say they cannot.On the plus side, their response timing for support requests was fast.
