Place order on 14th December (a gift), have chased multiple times but have yet to receive a reply - more than 6 weeks on. Shocking customer service. Whilst I did receive a "personal" email of thanks from the "owner" following my order being placed, I'd rather have had my goods delivered or my emails and queries responded to.
