Jeepers!! I am not one to write bad reviews... (if you dont have anything good to say...and all that jazz). But I honestly felt like I should mention this - I always buy your pizza from a stockist near me in Hove (East Sussex), and I always enjoy the margarita and the hawaiian etc This time around, I decided to try the pepperoni... and I have no words... no good words. I followed the cooking instructions to the 'T' as always, but it was SO RUBBERY and weird consistency when I took a bite that I couldn't believe what I was eating... it just didn't feel like I was eating a pizza :( So disappointed. What's going on, One Planet Pizza? Do you guys read your reviews... with a rating of 1.9 dont you think you should look into this?

Awful vegan pizzas, the cheese has a terrible consistency and sticks to your mouth when you eat it. I much prefer White Rabbits pizzas, but all my local supermarkets are stocking one planet pizzas over far better brands. Really annoying! I would rather go without pizza than pick up a vegan One Planet Pizza.

Hardly any toppings! 5 slices of crappy quality fake pepperoni, a crumble of bad vegan cheese and shitty dough! Im so mad! Really not worth it. Waste of money.

Honestly couldn't believe when I opened the box and this tiny pizza come out. Terrible advertising. Says really cheesy and only half my pizza had cheese on it. Been wanting to try one of these for so long after following them on Instagram for ages. Deff not wasting my money again.

The pizza is thinner than thin. It comes in a 12" box but its a 10" pizza. I had to add my own Cathedral City cheese and Quorn pepperoni. Do they seriously think a measly five pieces on a 10" pizza, with barely any cheese is acceptable?

If they had put as much effort into the pizza as they did the packaging, I'd be telling a different story right now...

I wish I could give NO stars...
The first disappoint: the pizza was substantially smaller then the box it was in.
The look after it came out of the oven was wrinkled and stonehard. And the taste was just as dry. The picture on the box showed something completely different.
The worst thing was the taste: really salty en even for me really hot!

It looked good, bought it to try. I was very disappointed, 6 slices of pepperoni in total, basically just one per slice, the cheese was scarse too. I added toppings, otherwise it would have been a very light dinner.

Brilliant pizzas and amazing freebies. Always love my monthly delivery!!

I can see why these guys have won awards - I've tried four or five different kinds of their pizzas and they're all delicious! Top marks for sustainability, too, with the entirely recyclable packaging.

The only reason I marked it down was because my delivery came with some samples of peanut butter in the top, one of which had burst. Not great when I live with someone with a severe peanut allergy!

Great vegan pizzas, including gluten-free options! One pizza arrived broken in 3 pieces.

OPP are always super responsive and helpful. Their pizzas are AMAZING and the casseroles too... Love everything about them! Occasionally their delivery supplier breaks a pizza or 2 which is frustrating but they immediately send out replacements (which wasn't necessary) - what a great company with a great product! thank you!

Ordered on August 23rd, 8 days later still showing as processing....

Pizza's are lovely though I imagine.

Edit: shortly after leaving this review I received notification that my order had now been processed and will be delivered tomorrow . Their pizzas are great but they seem to be having some issues with orders/customer service aspects ATM . Hopefully they manage to get back on track.

Usually I would give one planet pizza 5 stars. However my last experience wasnt as good as all the rest have been. I ordered last week. But didn't get any kind of communication or receipt from them at all. It just kept saying processing for a few days. Anyway I contacted one planet pizza on a couple of occasions and got no reply. The only message I got was from the delivery people this morning saying it was on its way and then one from one planet pizza asking for my review. So here it is. One planet pizza are usually amazing, the communication is usually really great and you usually get a receipt extra straight away. So I know it's only a one off. But I couldn't put my usual 5 stars. However the pizzas are always amazing. So can't fault them there.

Delicious vegan pizzas, lots of toppings at a great price. Delivered cold even on a hot day. Will buy again!

Okay firstly, your pizzas are incredible, from the Successor to the Spicy Peppernomi, absolutely outstanding work.

But I recently had issues logging in, tried a few times and no luck, this is when the hero of my review steps in, Bell "The Legendary" Gilding, seriously what ever you're paying her, its not enough, she went above and beyond to help me sort the login, and once we were able to sort it a few days later my voucher code had expired, I just chalked it up to bad timing and figured I'd order in a few weeks, until Bell, came to the rescue once more, sorting the code out and my delivery of some of the finest pizzas you're likely to find.

Smashed it again. One planet pizza, you rock, but Bell, you are something else, thank you so much.

Love it, small (for a pizza) amount of calories, vegan and delicious
Amazing vegan cheese, the best of the best, normally even in a restaurants vegan cheese is scary concept, because it is more miss than hit, this one is just perfect

This pizza was absolutely lovely! I would definitely recommend it and would buy it again. I liked the cheese and all the veggies.
