Sophie and team were very friendly and responsive, both on the phone and via email. The whole process was seamless and took a matter of days from first contact to approving the design. Delivery was prompt and I'm delihgted with the final product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend One Stop.

I requested a quote from them via the contact form on the web site. I got an email with the requested quote within 10 minutes. When I was ready to place the order I contacted them again and within minutes I had a payment link. I paid, the goods were dispatched and I received them the following day. Excellent service and a special mention for Sophie who could teach a lot of people a good deal about first rate customer service.

What a fabulous find! We needed a supplier to produce some bespoke Medieval banners for an event and after a lot of research we settled on One Stop Promotions. The team couldn't have been more helpful - they were always quick to respond and thorough, fairly priced and the end product looked fantastic! I contacted the company today to see if it was possible to make an initial order of a smaller amount of hats printed. So to just see the quality of them before making a larger order. I was told they could do this and quoted a price. I replied back accepting the price. and stopped my search for the items in question thinking I would get this order now.

Nope! I got an email back basically saying, Oh we want to charge you more money than what was agreed.

Unacceptable. Wasted my time and cannot stick to what they quote customers. Avoid. Many others with better service than this out there..

Arrived in the specified time. Flagpole of good quality. Emailed to ask for a vat receipt - received a prompt and same day response. Previously purchased from this company and flag poles have lasted 10 years. Only replacing due to a car accident taking them out.
