I ordered a simple 12 volt battery from One Stop Retail.com on 15th December 2010 and was sent a confirmation email. Have not had goods or any response to several emails sent asking where the item is and when to expect delivery. It is now 4th January and have had to escalate non delivery issue to Paypal (am I glad I used paypal instead of a debit card to pay) and One stop retail.com have not even replied to them! Buyer Beware.
