This is a huge warning to anyone out there who likes to play online casino games. There is a company called WNRBET LTD who are the owners of many online casinos. This company must be treated suspiciously. These people are fraudsters and they are, very bluntly, just stealing your money.
Their most infamous site at the moment is Doctor Spins. You must avoid this company at all costs.
They claim to be registered in Costa Rica at an address which does not exist. They claim to be licensed by some authority in a town called Chrisoupoli in Cyrpus (again this place does not exist). They are an outfit based in Curacao, a small island in the ABC islands, very close to Venezuela and Curacao is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
I have written to the Dutch government about this company and they have been fully informed of this company's suspicious business practices.
To cut a long story short: you can deposit funds immediately. Should you be lucky enough to get a win, they then start to demand QR code inspired photographs, copies of your passport and then, though this is nowhere in their T&Cs, tell you that you will need to wait twenty-one working days to get your money (weekends not included). That's a month and that is unheard of!
I have emailed them 37 times, they have now answered twice and in the latest response, received today, they say they are extremely sorry, but the current delay is due to an extreme increase in transaction volumes and the stringent security checks that are needed. Have you ever heard so much flannel in your life?
This must be a clear warning to all and sundry. If you are considering using an online casino and do not know about it, for example everyone in the UK knows William Hill and that is entirely safe, then check up the reviews on the casino, then check whether the country that you are in has a gambling regulator and that the casino are controlled by this regulator. BUT DO NOT BELIEVE JUST WHAT YOU READ ONLINE. Check with the regulator first and by checking, I mean email them first. One final thing, you ask them to close your account and the request is never acknowledged and the account is never closed. This must be a warning to all - STAY CLEAR OF THESE THIEVES"
