Bad on line experience ever

Bad experience!
I place an order (n.FRBC681) on the 02-06-2025.
They get the amount of 71,06 euros on Paypall but they do not send anything to me. On the order they put a shipping time of 2-3 working days.
But...No tracking of the order is avaiable.
On my on line profile on their web site even disappeare the order.
I sent two email without receiving any answer!!
I only have the email of the order and the charge of the amount on my bank account!!
Be ware and Stay away...
