I had been looking for a valet keychain for my new car, but even on Amazon I couldn't find what I wanted. I ended up just doing a search and found some, but I didn't want one with the emblem glued to the front. THEN I found Auto Attire....OMG...it was almost too good to be true. I decided to take a chance and ordered one for my car. Placed the order and then realized I should have gotten one for my husband's new car. I called them to see if I could add one on to my order and had to leave a message. That next evening they called me back, allowed me to order one and added it to my original. Who does that anymore??? I'm definitely ordering more things from them. Auto Attire is like the businesses I grew up with. Thank you!!!

I would have given this site a 0 bit it wasn't an option. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes but they only sent me one pair. They refuse to send the other shoes or give my money bank. The USPS confirmed they only signed for one pair of shoes. The package only fits one pair of shoes. Even after sending the company pics of the package, they refused to send the other pairs. I had to file a dispute with my bank, which is still underway. It has been a hassle to try to get my shoes from this company. I strongly recommend you do not shop with this company!

If I could put no stars I would this company is a scam I ordered some sandals and dress in June here it is August none of my items have made it. I have been emailing saying put my money back on my card and keep the items. Please don’t order from this company they are the worst.

Ordered 2 beach chairs and after 3 weeks nothing. Questions by e mail will be answered by automatic respons… its fraud i am afraid.

I'm waiting 3 weeks for sandles still didn't get them I hope I'm not out $40 HELP

O star ,the are delivering fake items ,in the name of this site ,they have sent me the cheapest household clothes in replace of cotton kurta with plazzo with duppatta ,seriously I am going to complain regarding this ,they have no return option

I have the same review as of Ranjita Kumar. Exactly the same scenario. I had ordered for a violet colour gown worth 1250/-INR. But they have sent two cheap quality sarees , not wearable or giftable also at all. They are not reachable over emails. I am tired writing to them. When I checked in the reviews , I saw the similar review from one of the person, then I realised I have been cheated. These people are fraud. I think Google should do some restrictions to prevent such online fraudulent activities and fraudstars.

Don't buy anytime from Attire,they are fraud.They will show you good quality and costly dress but with discount to attract and fool customers.They will dispatch you very cheap quality material.I ordered Anarkali set but they dispatched me 2 set of cheap sarees just to make parcel heavy and that saree is also not from there site,its from roadside cheap quality.
Don't get fooled,never buy from this site.

If you need a exchange or return you will get no response or help .

Ordered 2 t shirts, both didn’t fit so sent them back for an exchange. 1 Was out of stock so they sent me an email asking if there was anything else I would like in exchange. I told them no and I would like a refund. Refund was there within a few days and other t shirt arrived a couple days later. :)

AVOID this company

Like the other customers on this page I have had a poor experience with Online Attire. I received a low quality product from them which they subsequently refused to refund when returned on account of it being a 'sale' item.

Single worst customer service.

My partner ordered from these guys back in August. We kept a couple bits but made some returns. After sending back, we had absolutely no acknowledgement of the return. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited it out to receive our refund which never came.

Contacting customer services was an utter joke. No answer on the number on their website, no reply to email and the only response we ended up getting was via PayPal once we opened claims against them (4-5 weeks following the confirmed return delivery which WE had to pay for!).

Even worse than that they demanded we cancel the claim against them before they would do anything for us. Against PayPal’s advice that if we done so we loose our buyer protection.

As you can imagine we left it to the PayPal gods and got our refund in full. But with ABSOLUTELY NO HELP from Online Attire.

Lessons learnt: NEVER buy from them and ALWAYS use PayPal if you can. As long as you have their backing you are safe.

After many previous orders with this company and never having had a problem it’s a shame that it’s taken them over a month to sort out my latest order. Following receiving unsatisfactory goods and requesting a replacement was sent out in exchange for the returned time they had over for a week. Ive had very little response over email and the responses I have received have been very poor. I have now receive an email to confirm a refund has been processed after advising them they had until the end of the week to resolve the issue by sending me my paid for goods which after waiting over a month I think was a fair comment, shame as I didn’t want a refund I wanted the replacement bottoms to match the two hoodies previously brought! Won’t be ordering via online attaire again their customer service is very poor. Great company until you have to deal with a problem

Ordered from them for the first time and bought one t shirt just to see how good they were. The order was sent to the wrong address and i never received my item (Not their fault). They were then out of my size so let me pick another t shirt which was more expensive without paying any extra. When i got back from holiday they had sent me the original t shirt i ordered. Amazing company and i will definitely be ordering more things in the future if this is how they deal with customers.

Orderd 14.30pm and it arrived 9.30am the next day. Item quality and fit are excellent. Fantastic customer service!

Order from these guys on a monthly basis always first class service never a problem. would highly recommend them.
