Be very careful, Never buy from them
Never buy from them, it is a fraud company, strange to deal with such kind of guys based on USA. I've ordered Microchip and decided to add some minor parts. After I paid they were delayed the order for few a weeks, then when I asked to cancel the order, they shipped me not require components, and cancelled the required ones.
Keep away from it !Fraud company!!
I placed an order of 200K three weeks ago ,and then it was cancelled bit by bit.Finally ,shipped less than 20K!
It's not over yet...
The goods suddenly stoped the delivery on the delivery day with no reason !
The customer service said they will confirm ,but is already five days,I didn't receive any result.

Delay, delay, delay...
I placed an order 3/19/21 for items that have been in stock the entire time and yet my order has yet to ship as of 3/25. I called them yesterday, their customer service person was courteous and apologetic but she said they wouldn't be able to guarantee that my order would ship out that day. So, what's the point in ordering from Onlinecomponents if one can purchase the same item through other online distributors?

Avoid this company at all costs. We ordered 2parts for a critical machine. I have a email confirmation (order has shipped) The next day I call to see where are my parts. When I contacted them, they informed me "they were sorry" and promised the parts would ship that day. The parts did not ship. They did not ship the parts for another day. We had a critical machine sit down for days costing us thousands in production and late orders. This affected our customers and the supply chain. The harm is done by reckless and incompetent businesses like this is unacceptable.
Worst Customer Service, Delays upon Delays
I've purchased from onlinecomponents.com in the past and have always struggled with their ordering portal on the website, an exercise in futility in some cases. Then the long wait between ordering and confirmation that the order has or has not shipped. In my recent experience a full week went by with no confirmation of shipping sent to me. When I called I was told my shipping would be upgraded, then no shipping trancking sent for another 3 days. After complaining vigorously onlinecomponents cancelled my order. One of most unprofessional outfits I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I could not find it in my soul to rate them any higher than 1 star. Shop elsewhere and avoid onlinecomponents.com
Professional behavior of customer service
They accepted my order, charged our PayPal and suddenly after 2 weeks, they changed price from 1,97 USD to 5,26 USD. Don't even bother with them
Update: directly after posting this review on trustpilot, they have contacted us from customer service and they solved this situation in very professional way. They keep for our order the price wich was originally listed.
We hope for such a good cooperation in the future

I purchased a driver that was DOA. After requesting a replacement, the distributor (OnlineComponents.com) was able to send me a replacement. My only complaint would be the time frame it took to exchange the item. Despite this, the representatives were courteous and helpful. I will do business with them again in the future.

Online Components is company knows how to run a business focused on the customer. Salespersons quickly respond to emails. Managers take an active hands-on role in ensure customer satisfaction. Their pricing is competitive. Shipping is fast. The product I ordered arrived in excellent condition and was packed securely. One for the bookmarks that I will be sure to buy from again. Highly recommended.

These employees are friendly, professional and above all, honest! They have always kept me updated about my orders and if there were any issues, they would let me know immediately! I have spoken with at least three different people in this organization and they are all the same way! This indicates to me that the culture of this organization and training programs are top notch. For example, Margarita just emailed me about a potential delay in my order. I could tell how concerned and genuine she was. I appreciate her communication and I am a customer for life!
Terrible customer support-knowledge-help
I have bought hundreds of Ametek solid state timers over the last 10 years. Ametek changed the design in 2018 and the timers would no longer work for my situation. I went back and forth with Online Components and they assured me nothing had changed. I finally had to go directly to Ametek's product design team to find the correct information. Yes! They had changed, and no they would not work for me, it was not my design but a change in theirs. Of course, now I have 30 timers (~$1500) that are worthless to me, but they won't take them back because I've had them too long...as a result of their incompetence. Never again.
The ordering process is more work than the purchase is worth
It took multiple back and forth emails of an End User Statement...a process that they make more complicated than needed. I ordered a case of items and was sent a tiny package. I was informed I will need to fill out an RMA. Why do I have to fill any forms out? The invoice (whch I sent them ) I received clearly acknowledges your mistake. If I didn't know any better, I would say I'm being scammed.

Poor performance
When a company like OnLineComponents is chosen, it is because it is an extremely urgent matter, which is why one agrees to pay more than double the normal cost for the components.
Therefor it is not okay for OnLineComponents to delay a shipment by 3 days. I have complained and I have received an apology and free shipping.
But still, I can only give one star for the performance.
