Absent, Incorrect, Illegal

the customer care service is very poor, and the company is not very serious. After sending the wrong item, they askedretunr on charge of me. Proven that the mistake was from ONLINE GOLF, they promised they would refund the shipping costs as well, as rightly written in their policy.
Instead they have not been answering any emails for days, by phone after 23 calls in which the communication fails (20 minutes of waiting from Italy), they tell me that they do not know give me an answer, on why they do not pay the shipping costs.
Given that the return package was made with UPS and included all the required documentation.
In addition, the Italian email address aftersales
of onlinegolf.it are non-existent, I had to contact the English one.
It is a question of legality and fairness, I also take legal action.
