Impossible company to work with
A Duke Energy account was fraudulently opened using my name and personal data. The debt was sold to Online Information Services (Online) and reported to the credit bureaus. I sent Online the required documentation in support of my claim the debt was fraud. In follow up phone calls, the staff add on more demands for data and blame me for not completing my file. The bar keeps moving. It’s a game with them. Online has no intention of cooperating to help me repair the damage to my credit. The staff are shockingly rude and disrespectful. On the last phone call when i complained that each time I call, there are additional bits of information demanded by them, the representative started screaming at me. This is a company that is impossible to work with
