First time using Onlineticketshop, I wanted Golden Circle tickets, ordered and paid. I was a bit worried as the order was "In Progress" for many months, however a few weeks before the concert the tickets were sent to my Ticketmaster account and they worked perfectly! I think if the entire process is explained better it would be 5 stars.

This is a scam. Never received a refund, they literally stole my money.

We purchased two tickets for Jeff Wayne's musical version of War of the Worlds @ Ziggo Dome on 10/07/22 and received an email confirmation at date of purchase which was over a weekend and then went onto book a hotel and flights. On the Monday we received another mail stating that this concert was currently postponed due to Covid yet it was still showing as live on the onlineticketshop site. We contacted customer services and got no explanation as to why they are advertising and taking payments for postponed events. Like everyone else who has dealt with this company we have received a voucher to use before Aug this year but there has been nothing that would entice me to book more flights and a hotel just to use this. I will put this down to experience and take the 198 euro hit and advise everyone to stay clear of this company.

"Funny" experience what can I say....and after several attempts to have at least an answer from these guys, any answer since Celine's concert was canceled long time ago, the last mail received yesterday left me speechless, quote" "Beste ...., We hopen dat je hebt genoten van de show van Celine Dion. We willen graag weten hoe je onze service ervaren hebt. Laat ons je mening weten door op een van de onderstaande knoppen te klikken". Are they for real?? All the best!

I received a voucher for a canceled concert in 2021. I used the credit in January when I bought 2 tickets for Roger Waters on 7 April 2023 at the Ziggy Dome, Amsterdam and paid the amount that exceeded the credit. I have written to Onlineticketshop several times since my order as I have not received the tickets. They still haven't answered yet. Their phone number is no longer in use and you cannot get in touch with them in any other way.

I've read several reviews on here where people share similar experiences. I still hope and believe that I can receive my tickets for which I have spent €278. Alternatively, I want my money back.

So far, Onlineticketshop has not lived up to what they promise on the website. They don't answer my emails and have no customer service. I have hit a dead end and fear that I will lose my €278 to Onlineticketshop. It seems a bit suspicious, but I'm still betting on a solution. Please contact me. My order number is 927879.

Chris and his whole team gave us an amazing, nostalgic experience that got us feet aching from the dancing and voice fleeting from the singing. From production, to choreos, to audio and even down time and delays, everything was handled perfectly and most def lived up to our expectations. Ziggo Dome was sold out which made the queues quiet long outside in the cold, it took also some time before we all got inside despite the doors opening on time. Big bummer was, you would wait in line outside for hours prior, but then once inside, you'd just end up in an common area where the waiting didn't even matter in the first place unless you would run to the stage immediately after entering. Lockers and wardrobe was a bloody mess as it's so cramped and people would be pushing to get through the small spaces. There were also people throwing up and claustrophobic because of these circumstances whereas one lady approached one of the crowd control staff explaining her medical distress and all she got was a "you'll get in soon" whilst laughing- not taking it seriously at all. Disgusting. As if we didn't learn from the Astroworld festival and many more how dangerous it all can get. Overall, still an awesome concert thanks to the Breezy team and of course, C Breezy himself for getting us under HIS influence. Thanks to OnlineTicketShop for keeping the website up and running during the crazy release of the tickets and for marginalizing realistic prices. Great service! Deuces!

It was super easy to buy tickets and also easy to follow up on the event. I bought two tickets for the Pearl Jam before covid hit, and the Onlineticketshop has done a great job informing me everything I needed to know until we finally have the gig happening 2 years later! I really recommend buying tickets with them!

Awesome performance - again

Dear All. When I ordered the tickets pre-corona everything seemed fine but today the world have caught up with them. Ticketmaster and other large ticket providers have finally made a system to be able to trade tickets within the platform. Onlineticketshop can't help you in any way if they use their services to purchase you a ticket(s) beacuse they don't own it. Which is why the system is not working anymore a thrid party supplier can do whatever they feel like doing.

Like a lot of other people I also lost my tickets because Onlineticketshop couldn't help me. A total loss of € 600. Don't use them.

S C A M! Still didn’t receive my tickets after over 1 week! Paid 690€ and they claim they haven’t received my money! BS I paid with PayPal and proved it! They don’t respond to emails and if they do they just find excuses. Shame on you and your company ripping people of!!!

European Aerosmith tour in Europe has been cancelled and I had bought tickets for the concert in Madrid. Concert organicers are refunding the money but online ticket shop refuses to do that and as I have read in another coment here the only explanation I can get is "Due to the covid-19 situation".
Dont buy tickets to this company

The Bryan Ferry Concert in Denmark is cancelled. So I expect a refund. But no no no. They offer me a voucher. Why? "Due to the covid-19 situation" they cannot give me a refund.
HONESTLY ?? That is the most unprofessional explanation I have ever heard. I will NEVER EVER use them again. And I will make it my duty to inform future customers what kind of lousy policy they run.

The voucher that onlineticket gave me for a cancelled concert in 2020, disappeared overnight,after I purchased 2 tickets, the remaining value is €119 and its disappered !!!! just when I was trying to make a new purchase. Onlinticket has not answered the emails and complains I have sent them.
I was obligated to file a complaint with the Online Dispute Resolution of the European Commission and see and see if through them they give me my money or tickets back

Totally unprofessional and tries to steal you money, blaming “covid” for their incompetence and scam artist customer support. NEVER USE THIS AGENCY! They will try to scam you!
