It was absolutly incredible! Even though weve been at the last row, it was almost as ecxiting as floor tickets. Maybe we were far away, but you guys made sure thay every one in every seat could enjoy the show.

Dont buy ticket at onelineticketshop

Dont buy ticket at onelineticketshop. You wont get your money back, if your concert is cancelled.
After our concert was cancelled, Onelineshop send us a voucher to another event. After another 2year we should be able to get yuor money back, they wrote us.
The 2 year are now gone and so are our money. The company dont answer the Phone ore emai ore pay back the 400 euro theybown us.

I bought The Weenkd tickets to Berlin…

I bought The Weenkd tickets to Berlin concert in 2020, after many times concert organizers postponed concert, at the end concert was cancelled, and cancellation is obviously due to covid-19. Instead of having full refund, Onlineticketshop send me voucher. Contacted them thru email, they repeated same useless information basically that they can't refund anything.

I don't recommend buying any tickets from this website if you want to lose money (I lost 115euro)

Bocelli magic!

A brilliant concert from beginning to end! Very organised and streamlined entering and leaving the venue! Staff v helpful! Had excellent seats!

Andrea Bocelli concert

I bought my tickets for Andrea Bocelli in 2019 for the 2020 concert. Due to lockdown and covid the concert was cancelled twice. Onlineticketshop kept me informed of all the changes. Overall I've had a very positive experience with this company.

What a swindel!

Total fraud. They sell us tickets for a show which is then cancelled, after which we don't get the money back, but a voucher instead. That should be illegal. Maybe, it already is

They robbed us

We bought 6 tickets to the RATM tour totalling over €800. The tour was postponed due to the pandemic and then cancelled due to the singer's health, so 3 years after payment the tour is cancelled. Online ticket shop only offered a voucher for a cancelled tour? I don't care about any other shows you have, especially for 6 people? This goes against your own T&C's. A refund is required, not a voucher.. Absolutely no reply from their customer service even though they took over €800 of our money. Shameful business.

I completely agree with some comments…The worst company for purchased the tickets, scammers, liars

I completely agree with some comments below. I was waiting 3 years for the RATM concert in Prague nad due to pandemia I understand that now the band canceled the European tour, and when I contact this scam of company ONLINTETICKETSHOP, they after few days just briefly answered my refund is not an option we will send the voucher.
I do not care for their voucher I do not want to go to some other concert organized by them, and I read the comments and read a law so it is not a natural disaster, not pandemic, just band canceled and I will ask my lawyer what to do because they can not finish like that because there should be some justice in this world at least for this small things. When I need to pay they took my money instantly and now they even can not answer my email. I am 101% that I and all other customers should have the right to get our money back. And I will continue to fight against them.
THE WORST COMPANY FOR SELLING TICKETS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

Onlineticketshop NZ - Ambiguous and misleading terms

Due to very ambiguous Terms and Conditions, I am currently trying to get a refund for cancelled gig of Rage Against the Machine in Prague. It is quite appalling that customers are not given the option to choose between a voucher (which has no use for me) or a refund, especially after 3 years of waiting. I was denied this option and will report this ticket seller to Trading Standards and other authorities as they give misleading information in their conditions:

Article 8 – Cancelled or rescheduled events
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain whether an event is cancelled or rescheduled and what the new date, time, and/or location is. Onlineticketsshop will attempt to inform the buyer timely, but cannot guarantee such. Onlineticketsshop is not responsible for any costs incurred. In case of cancelling, the buyer is entitled to a refund with or without service costs, according to the refund policy decided by the event organisation. In case events must be cancelled due to force majeure (such as but not restricted to exceptional weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics and/or by order of the government), Onlineticketshop is entitled to return the amount in the form of a voucher. In the case of rescheduling, the buyer will be informed of the procedure by Onlineticketsshop. Tickets for rescheduled events normally remain valid for the replacing event. In case the event requires new tickets, Onlineticketshop will make these tickets available to the buyer. In case refunding is possible for a rescheduled event, Onlineticketshop will communicate a deadline for cancellations. When the buyer indicates the wish to cancel his or her order before the deadline communicated by Onlineticketsshop, the buyer is entitled to a refund with or without service costs, according to the refund policy decided by the event organisation. When the buyer does not indicate the wish to cancel his or her order timely, refunding is no longer possible. Delivery fees will not be refunded. In case events must be rescheduled due to force majeure (such as but not restricted to exceptional weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics and/or by order of the government) cancellation is not possible.

Pearl jam amsterdam

I got tickets to pearl jam in Amsterdam. I was afraid of how genuine the tickets were but we got there and everything went perfectly no problems at all. Had a great time at the concert deffo a night we will never forget.
