WARNING! The WORST company ever. After checking my mobile supplier was listed I paid £11.89 (inclusive of VAT) for a data upload. Afterwards my supplier advised me it doesn't accept top-ups from any third party companies. I called On Top Up back to explain that my mobile supplier that was listed does not deal with any third party companies and requested that my payment be refunded. They told me it is stated in their Terms and Conditions 'NO refunds under any circumstances' and REFUSED to credit the £11.89 back into my bank account. It was only AFTER payment I sighted their Terms and Conditions in an email. I can only describe On Top Up as unmitigated SCAMMERS. One star ⭐ is one too many.

They don't top up till you call them over the phone. Today 13/07/2014 i paid for a top-up at 5pm plus and till 8:20pm so far no top up yet. I called their 24 hr hotline more than 20 times and all i got was a "?" in a message. I texted back about my top up and no reply or top up so far. Pretty pissed off. spread the message guys if you are also their victim. Thanks

Charged RM53 for RM30 top up (yes, my fault didn't realize it fast enough). Only receive Topup after more than 30 mins. Agnes (owner?) didn't respond to messages although website says 24 hour up. Not a happy customer.

This is a real site, which i can get topup fast within 1 mins time i got topup better than other site
