Very happy with my purchase of dice and the spell scroll dice mat. The items came quickly and packed well. The dice are well made. The case is also well made and looks great on the table.

I’ve been a customer of onlycrits for years. Their products are consistent and within my price range. When I had questions about shipping things to the US, Eric jumped on it right away and got me the info I needed to make the right decisions.

Awesome company, their custom service is top tier. Petra got back to me quickly and informed me of the process the whole way.

They make cool dice, and when I was having an issue placing an order (user error), Eric quickly helped me out and got me squared away.

Honestly best customer service experience I have had from any place. Petra contacted me immediately when they got notification about delivery failure to make sure it was ok (on my side, not home, had redelivery).

I explained delivery ok, dice great, but one dice color seemed different from site. Not big problem, still pretty, was not expecting anything at all.
But Petra immediately checked with manufacturing, offered replacement, and got replacement sent next day.

Really great dice and really wonderful customer service. Petra did amazing job and I appreciate the real and kind communication for whole process!

I made a error in listing my address when I was ordering merchandise. I contacted customer service when the package was undeliverable. Petra immediately responded to my email. Petra made sure my merchandise was resent and followed up with emails updating the status of my order. Petra definitely provided me excellent customer service all during the process. Thanks

I contacted the customer service email account for Onlycrits because of an error in my order (through a recent Kickstarter campaign). I honestly didn't expect anything to be done as it was only 1 of the half dozen singles I ordered for our gaming group for Christmas (in addition to a full set for myself... husband calls me a Dice Dragon). I sent a photo of the incorrect dice and a screenshot of that portion of my order, mostly just wanting to help with quality assurance in the future... but Petra jumped into action and had a replacement ordered for me before I even had a chance to reply again. I would definitely recommend Onlycrits for purchases, and I really appreciate Petra's customer service skills. Thank you!

Petra was amazing and kindly assisted through every stage. I unfortunately received a damaged dice in my set but they were incredibly supportive and went well above and beyond any expected level of support.

Good dice, great company and customer service. Shipping is from China right now so it can be a bit of a test of patience for single orders, but once you subscribe to mystery sets the bother isn't too bad. :)

Onlycrits loves to hear feedback about the dice and seem genuinely interested in improving their products. Petra was interested in what I had to say and also offered a new set of dice for the trouble.

Total waste. All the ladies want is to keep you chatting and spending money. Fake people. I don't think there's realy any legit site for hookups out there.
This one is a total waste. I always ask for a selfie holding either a piece of paper with a word on it or holding up 2-3 fingers. None would do it. Proves their fakes. They all have the same excuses on my laptop or maybe later bla,bla,bla.

Quick and friendly service. They helped me resolve an issue not caused by them, they had no need to, but did anyway. That's going above and beyond, well done team Only Crits!

The service was fast, easy and lovely. Petra put me at ease and was very nice.

Petra was absolutely fantastic. She was on the ball from the word GO. I mistakenly ordered a single D20, thinking it was a full set and after I realized my mistake, she was more than forthcoming in rectifying MY mistake. All of this being said, the shipping times for Only Crits are unacceptable. I would much rather spend an extra $10 to get what I ordered in five days rather than save that amount of money and wait three weeks. To end; Petra did a fantastic job but the cost savings vs. the shipping time is by no means worth it.

Onlycrits customer service quickly resolved my issue and went above my expectations.

I ordered a dice box and some dice. Dice came amazing but the box had some damages. Customer service was quick to offer to send a new one to me which made my experience awesome. Only complaint is the tracking site they use takes a few days to update. It’s not major just a minor annoyance

Received labradorite set and they were beautiful, except the d8 had a small chip in it. Not a big deal but thought I'd reach out. Their customer service rep, Petra, responded promptly and sent a replacement d8 immediately. The dice roll well and couldn't be happier.

I spent some time researching dice quality and decided to purchase a set of metal dice from Only Crits. These dice were a gift for a friend and I was concerned that they were being made and shipped from over-seas. The company is located in Canada, but the dice come direct from the manufacturer. I was on a time restraint and needed the dice within three weeks. Only Crits Customer Service Representative, "Petra," was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Her responses were timely and informative, both before the purchase and throughout the shipping period. When the dice arrived I was extremely impressed with the quality and craftmanship of the product. The dice were nicely balanced and rolled well. I would recommend the quality of the dice, the company and a five star review for their customer service representative Petra. Thank you all.

Excellent dice. Recieved my order really quickly. Customer support (Had a slight issue with the website) was very helpful and I even recieved a free set! Will definitely be ordering again
