I travelled to Rome booked electric scooter and got 2 separate fines? for circulating problems which no one made clear.
I got 2 fines of 22 euros for doing absolutely nothing wrong in my opinion.
I asked for refund and they ignored me.
DIsgraceful !!!

Our experience was definitely not what the site advertised or what we expected. First and for most the idea of driving around rome is an enticing idea, but the way we were treated as two young women, was not acceptable. We payed to rent the standard scooter for 24 hours (unlimited kilometers) the guy working there gave us insufficient instructions on how to use the scooter. We had some questions about the scooter and when he found out it was our first time driving in Rome his tone became quite derogatory. Suddenly we had to pay a 600 euro deposit even though we had already payed the insurance. Furthermore he gave us a strong suggestion that we rent another scooter, which was electric and therefore both cheaper and didn’t have unlimited kilometers. He wouldn’t let us rent the scooter we actually payed for and when we questioned him he became hostile. The scooter worked fine but was definitely not worth the money.

When we were to return the scooter the next morning, we had the experience of being interrupted and talked down to. After a heated conversation with his colleague he gave us an extra eight hours with the scooter, which is the bare minimum since we weren’t able to use the scooter as freely and as much as we would have liked and payed for, since we couldn’t charge it ourselves.

They refuse a cash refund for an early return of a vehicle, paid in full at beginning of rental.
No information about return policy was provided until after the scooter was returned.
Customer service works only by email, and took three weeks to reply. They offer a six-month only valid voucher for an amount decided without transparency. They decline negotiation while doubling the profit because they can rent the vehicle twice.
Clearly not an option for travellers, or those in need of a one-time rental.
Especially wrong in this period when customers may need to change programs due to the global health situation.

Il servizio clienti funziona solo via email e ci sono volute tre settimane per rispondere.
Offrono un buono valido solo per sei mesi, per un importo deciso senza trasparenza.
Rifiutano la negoziazione mentre raddoppiano il profitto, perché possono noleggiare il veicolo due volte. Chiaramente questa non è un'opzione per i viaggiatori o per coloro che hanno bisogno di un noleggio una tantum.
Particolarmente sbagliato in questo periodo in cui i clienti potrebbero dover cambiare programma a causa della situazione sanitaria globale.
