When I ordered my bottle, I entered a friends shipping address for my subscription. I reached out too late to update the initial bottle but the team was very responsive and helpful in getting my subscription updating moving forward and offered resolutions for how to get the first bottle I had sent to the wrong place. They were really helpful and understanding!

I have been a subscriber to Onnit for many years now. I have accumulated a lot of rewards and was looking to use some up on my last order. I did not realize that the rewards points could not easily be applied to subscriptions and reached out to support when my order went through without the rewards being applied.

I reached out to Onnit support, and they acknowledged the process gap and mentioned it is something they are hoping to address in the future. But to go the extra mile, they reimbursed me for what my points would have amounted. I thought this was a great solution for me personally. It really showed how they value their customers and go above and beyond to do right by them.

I have been a customer of onnit for years and everything was great for years and then for some reason they stopped caring about their customers. My orders kept getting screwed up and delayed or they kept running out of items and when I tried to talk to a real person I just kept getting AI automated responses because they oblivious don't care about their customers. I also noticed a decline in the quality of the product and I will NEVER purchase anything else from onnit! EDIT: Onnit said they would contact me directly to resolve the situation but haven't, just like they never did when I was trying to get a hold of somebody to resolve the situation when I was a customer.

I’m reordering supplements as well as trying out some new ones, and I had an issue applying my discount code to my order. I reached out to customer support via email. They responded to my query the next day by getting the order shipped, code applied and refund issued. Support is on it!

I’ve been using the Total Human packs since 2022 and it’s been an amazing experience. I work in heavy industrial/utilities and it’s long hours, constant travel, and since being in this, I rarely get sick, my energy is steady and consistent. The convenience of the packs too make this a great go to for building blocks. Customer for life!

Ive been ordering my protein powder and MCT oil with ONNIT and they are amazing. I just recently ordered again coz im running out of stocks. I had a notification that my package was delivered and unfortunately I didnt receive it. Ms. Cailee was very helpful on solving my issue. She reordered my products and Im waiting for them to arrive. Good quality product and superior customer service! The products can be a little pricey but if you have disposable income it’s worth it.

Placed an order. Somehow address got mixed up. Chatted with bot that lead me to person immediately. They responded next morning and fixed the issue immediately. Great service.

I submitted a ticket for skipping a month of my subscription and Cailee responded immediately having resolved the issue. This responsiveness is what I come to really appreciate from Onnit along with the effectiveness of their Total Human product that keeps me performing on a high level daily.

I should start by saying that every product I have ever bought from Onnit exceeds expectations.
I have deleted a previous review of this company from early last year and am happy to be writing a completely different review this year.
Last year at this time logistics were a nightmare with this company. I don't know who they fired or who took their spot, but it is night and day. Orders & shipping are a breeze and problem-free. I'm glad I stuck it out with this company because the products are worth it.
