Im on the north America 13 day tour. Ive been the only English speaking passenger. The co is based in Spain so passengers have been Spanish speaking so I have felt isolated. Hotels far below average. Our New York 'extensive city tour' started 8am, the tour guide informed us st 11.45 the your was finishing. We saw only Wall st, the oldest church, the Toro bull & ground zero. Oh and 5 whole minutes at Central Park. Not half of the advertised attractions, not even the park to see the statue of liberty as featured.
Worst of all, I was their only booking for Boston to Montreal & the co just booked me on a flight!! A whole day ive paid for a tour just to be shoved on a flight! And if I didnt accept they'd forfeit my holiday! Nice!

Fantastic tour of Morroco. My husband and I was part of a 13 day tour group and by the end of it we really felt like we covered a lot of this magnificent country. Our tour guide Jaouad was lovely, helpful and very informative- nothing was too much too ask and we felt very comfortable asking him anything. The accomodation provided in every city/town was comfortable, clean and some of them were above our expectations. The restaurants we stopped at for lunch each day were not all great however my husband and I are fussy eaters and we check the Google reviews first which a lot of them were rated in the 3 out of 5 range. I am sure that most people found the food to be ok but we chose not to eat at a couple of them as we weren't satisfied with the quality of the food we saw for the prices charged by the restaurants. One other thing to mention is that a lot of the shops where you stop along the way again are specific for tourists as lots of buses get dropped to these and you pay higher prices for the products. I would recommend doing some research online before purchasing from these shops as we found much better options that sold the authentic products with certificates and all at much more reasonable prices. You are never forced to buy from these which is important to mention and most tour agencies stop at these so it is not just specific to On the Go Tours. We have found this to be practice in lots of countries but just something to think about. Overall the tour is great and you really get to experience a lot of the culture and see heaps of beautiful scenery along the way. Thank you Jaouad and Mustapha (driver)! You guys were fantastic!

“Magical Morocco” is a very well thought out and extremely well organized tour of Morocco. We were able to visit all the places of interest to us. The tour was not too hectic and the pace allowed us to enjoy the places we visited. We found Jaouad, our tour guide, to be an outstanding and an extremely knowledgeable and helpful guide. He is very played a significant role in making our tour very enjoyable. Mustafa, our driver, was a very careful and safe driver. We highly recommend the tour.

Omg what an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived at the airport Aziz was outstanding. Aziz has been professional, passionate and caring throughout my stay.
His knowledge and passion for this incredible country is unbelievable
Aziz is calm and has helped me create incredible memories
Loved this trip so much
Aziz and Hassan ( the driver) hope to see you on my next trip

The 10day trip was hectic. Having to wake up early almost every day and be on the road was taxing but Hung and group members made it worthwhile. I would do it again but differently. Allocating 2 days at least to each city. The 1st hotel in Hanoi old quarter is a no no for me. Please look into Le Casa Hotel.
The highlight of the trip for me was Ha Long boat trip. It deliverd proper. I would do it over and over again.

Our family of four (adults 40s-70s) took the Totally Morocco 9-day tour with OntheGo (Dec 29–Jan 6). The tour truly lived up to its name, covering a vast amount of ground and providing a broad taste of the country's varied terrains and architecture.
What made this trip special was the staff. Our guide, Jamal, was exceptional—patiently answering endless questions and even accompanying me when I wanted to explore off the beaten path. Our driver, Mustafa, was kind and kept us safe through long hauls, even introducing us to great regional music like Tinariwen.
The local expertise was equally impressive:
Mustapha in Marrakech - Personable and humorous.
Our female guide in Fes - Knowledgeable and very easy to understand.
Our blind guide at Hassan II Mosque - A former employee who was incredibly passionate and provided an insider perspective
MOST MEMORABLE HIGHLIGHTS
The Sahara: A sunset camel ride and overnight stay in a tent with local Berbers playing music around a bonfire.
New Year’s Eve: Dancing with Jamal and the restaurant staff was a blast.
Cultural Moments: Navigating medina alleys, exploring the ruins of Volubilis, and feeding macaques roadside.
The Hammam: Jamal helped us find a local hammam (the authentic neighborhood version, not a tourist spa), which was a highlight for those of us looking to truly assimilate with the local culture.
The primary drawback was the extensive time spent in the van. As an active family, spending so many hours sitting was difficult. While the scenery is beautiful, we often felt like we were watching it through a window rather than experiencing it. Most stops felt rushed; this itinerary would be much better suited for a 12–14 day window to allow for a moderate, more immersive pace.
Additionally, the shopping stops were hit-or-miss. While the leather and mosaic factories in Fes were interesting, other stops like the herbal pharmacy in Marrakech, the date shop, and the argan oil coop felt overly "touristy." In Fes, I actually slipped away to a local textile coop around the corner from the scheduled stop and found much more authentic artisans and fair prices. I’d love to see the tour focus more on these genuine local spots.
Overall, thanks to our wonderful guides and the extra time we spent exploring independently, we had a beautiful and immersive look at this amazing country.

From the minute we landed in Marakech Jamal our guide for the next 9 days was into action at the airport sorting out a lost bag. From that moment on he made sure everyone in our group was free of stress and able to enjoy their experience .Jamal would be everyones idea of the perfect guide ,what he didn't know about Morroco wasn't worth knowing .Jamal also had a great sense of humour along with a caring nature and together with Zaid our driver we couldn't fault our trip.Chris and Cathy Brunt

I booked Namibia, Botswana and Victoria Falls through on the go tours.
This is my third time using them and I have been pleased with their service.
They contracted Kiboko tours for this trip and their service and guide was great. Overall a great trip and service.
A couple of points regarding this trip though:
1) my trip began in Windhoek and we joined an existing trip (which started in Cape Town 6 days earlier). We didn’t know about this until approx 3 weeks before our trip began. It would have been nice to have had this info prior to booking.
2) all participants who started the trip at Windhoek stayed at the same hotel, yet their wasn’t an opportunity to meet before we were transported to join the existing tour. This would have made the start of the trip better.
3) whilst documented that extra costs were needed it would have made sense to add some of these into the overall cost of the trip. I needed to carry a lot of cash on me and felt quite vulnerable at times because of this.
4) minor detail - some of links to organise visas in the trip notes weren’t correct.

I had a really wonderful time traveling solo through Morocco for 11 days with On the Go (OTG)Tours.
In total, we were a group of nine passengers (six Aussies, two Canadians, and me from the US), one driver (Mustapha), and one guide (Aziz) traveling across the country beginning in Casablanca.
This is the first tour I have ever done and the first tour with OTG.
Aziz was wonderful in terms of his patience, openness, knowledge, experience, and keeping us all up to date with expectations every step of the way. He did a great job corralling all of us from city to city, helping us check into accommodations, helping with travel, and anything else we had questions about.
Mustapha was a fabulous driver, safe, alert, but also able to navigate the windy roads of the High Atlas Mountains, checkpoints, pickups, and inner city chaos, and attend to any passenger needs with luggage, transport, etc.
The two work very well together and clearly have an established rapport. I’m thankful to them both as they’ve directly influenced my opinion and experience on traveling through Morocco and have made me fall in love with the country.
10/10 would recommend Mustapha and Aziz, and OTG Tours. This lady (that’s me) is very grateful to you both.
Many thanks, gentleman for everything you do.

Our trip to Egypt was a fantastic experience with On The Go. It was a whistle-stop tour around all the major ancient sites from the Giza pyramids down to Abu Simbel (a definite optional trip to do) but the road journey's in between, whilst long, also gave us a glimpse of current Egyptian life that a standard cruise would not have given us. Sherif our Guide demonstrated in-depth knowledge of ancient Egypt and was able to explain so much about the temples, heiroglyphics etc. Whilst there was so much to take in, he had a light-touch approach that was never overwhelming. The Felluca cruise is very peaceful amid beautiful scenery with fantastic food cooked on a camping stove by Capatain Zizu! We had an extra day at the end so hired a driver for the day to take us to the Saqquara step pyramid site which was astonishing. Aspects to be aware of: the overnight train is very noisy - take earplugs; the felluca toilet facilities are very basic!, snorkelling in the Red Sea is wonderful but the independent operators that run this trip tend to herd people like cattle. However, overall a wonderful trip.

We went on the Totally Moroccan 9 day tour with 3 extra days at Marrakech before the tour started. We were picked up from the airport even though we started earlier which was great. Aziz was our tour guide and he was fantastic as he didn’t mind answering any questions even if he had been asked them before, was wealth of knowledge, and we could tell he was passionate about his country. Mustafa was our bus driver who kept us on time and played Moroccan music in the background. The accomodation was varied and a lot of it being traditional Riads in the Medina’s. Highly recommended this tour.

The actual tour was great once we arrived in China. The booking process was efficient. However we followed up weekly for our trip notes only to receive them the night before flying. We called the accommodation we had been booked into and were told we were not booked for the additional nights we had paid for because on the go had not paid the china tour company. We left NZ wondering if the tour actually existed. Would not recommend and will not use again. The response received from on the go is not accurate re trip notes

Brilliant staff, driver and your Guide. Efficient, on time, and in time with our needs.
Tour covered a wide aspect of cultural and scenic beauty and we stayed in lovely towns with lots to offer. Accommodation was excellent and food scrumptious.
