I have used these guys multiple times now, delivery is always super fast. Prices are reasonable but I generally use them because of there great customer service. Any issues what so ever they are there to help, even when I messaged at around 11pm I got a response the same night. Can't fault them at all!

All was going well until I cancelled order .
I had ordered bike for my boy but he changed his mind so after a few phone calls as nobody seems to answer emails it was sorted easy . But my friend went to order same bike for her son and it had gone up by £200 so I emailed them as i didn't want to pay extra no reply so in a panic cancelled order completely my friend didn't order either . Anyway after few phone calls as emails not answered and live chat just a bot finally got refund minus £209 which i don't know why? The bike was cancelled day it was reordered so it wasn't as if it had been built and had to be delivered back . When im ready to but I won't use this company again definitely not

I was absolutely blown away by the excellent service I received. Had an Endura jacket that had lost its seams and On Yer Bike sent me a replacement without any issues. Couldn’t have been more helpful! A+++

Just bought my bike from their website. I rang the guys up before hand to go over a few bits and they were super knowledgeable and helpful. The bike was delivered next day, packaging well with no issues. 100% would recommend!

Placed an order for a stash tool as a birthday gift which said it was in-stock and available for dispatch the following day. Received no dispatch update by the end of the week, giving the benefit of the doubt of being busy, sent an email and no response. Checked the website and saw the item was out of stock. Checked a few days later and saw it was back in stock, sent another email with no response. Called the store and was told they couldn't help me. After a 3rd email I got a short response saying the item was missing and they would give a refund. I responded immediately to say they are showing in stock so please just ship the goods, yet again no response. Yet again sent more emails, after the 3rd got a response saying the item was missing and they are unable to obtain them anymore so a refund should have been done. Meanwhile the item is still listed as in stock and available for dispatch on the website!
