Great products and an ever better service!!

I love Onyx pans! Durable, high quality. I have had a set of pans already for almost a year now, and I am sure it is gonna outlive me and my family😂 It is safe, it is easy to use, it’s durable.

I did a preorder and thought I would have to wait weeks for it. But arrived a few days later.

The new Zero series… I just say wow!!!
I tried many frying pans before, nonstick, hybrid skillets, etc..
Okay, still it’s brand new and can wear down quick.
But the experience so far is amazing.
Just like a nonstick but no surface coating to wear down or get destroyed be high heat.
No sticking of egg or seared meat.

All my old hybrids will be replaced with this one. I I hope they will start expanding this series, for everything like a plancha (rectangular frying pan, suitable for new cooking tips, to toast maker inlay, etc.
I love it and highly recommend it.
It replaces the Hybrid series in all the meaning.

Had an issue with my first order that was promptly resolved by the great customer service.
The pan is great, non stick and much better than top tier Tefal premium pans.

Very high quality pans, better then top of the range Tefal's I had.
Easy to clean and excellent performance.
My first order had some issues due to the shipping company but customer service at ONYX is second to none and resolved everything in no time.
Needles to say that I returned for more and looking to complete my pan set in the future.

It's been 2 weeks already, really liked the pans.

Prestine quality material, robust construction, great searing, non-stick working well with right temperature. Beware of using high heat, you can burn your food. Takes little time to get used to it, I use 5/9 heat level on induction.

It is really sticky from the beginning of the use, i have used it about 3 weeks now. I did wash it the way it was said on the manual when i received it. I have used it the way it is adviced to use, lower heat than before (6 instead of 7) and also clean it after every use. Everything sticks to it, even if there is oil on it.

Not really premium cookware. The price is adequate.

I havent use this one, but I bought similar one few years ago and its been great. So this I bought as a Christmas present and maybe the owner will tell his opinion later.

The quality is very good. At the moment I have only very positive experiences. The goods arrived perfectly packaged and on time.

I bought four pans and four lids. Some of the lids and pans arrived mechanically damaged.
Customer Service responded immediately, even though it was a Saturday afternoon.
A replacement for the defective products was sent immediately (arrived within 3 working days) and I also received financial compensation (received immediately).
The ability to resolve the problem immediately is amazing.
The pans are absolutely excellent and will satisfy all chefs.

Nice discounts if you buy more items at the same time. I love Onyx cookware as it's easy to clean and they endure (I've had my first Onyx pans years ago).

This is my second buy for my friend as a gift. I already have set of Onyx cookware for about 2 years and i can't say anything but this is best cookware for the price. Beautifull simple design. Perfect performance. Someone also think when making those beautiful pans, because it so easy to clean. No sharp edges where can carbonized oil reside.

It is important for me that everything you present is true. I have been using Onyx for the fourth year and I am extremely satisfied

Bought three pans. Delivery was fast. Pans look nice. Removable handle is difficult to use and I think it will not be very durable. Pans are not nonstick. Eggs stick to them and sunny sides are impossible to make. Especially where bottom curves up the nonstick properties are missing. Don’t think stove is too hot (6 in scale of 1-9) as they seem always blame that. Planning to return them.
