Do Not Order

Ordered on 12th December 2025. Order never arrived and no response from my 3 emails. There’s no contact telephone number either. Have ordered once previously with no issues but won’t be ordering again as money taken and order not received or refunded. I would not recommend. We live in Fife, Scotland, so nothing to do with location.

Just spent over a hundred pounds on my usual raw dog food, but the frozen food never arrived and nobody has responded to my emails. Two week later, I’m still no further forward and have very hungry dogs. Terrible customer service and very unreliable company. Ooddles did not used to be like this, its only a recent thing since the company change.

DO NOT use

DO NOT use, no idea what has happened to this company. I think they are in financial trouble but they keep advertising, emailing discount codes and taking payment so now feels very much like a scam. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt for the past month but only one email I have sent has been responded to.

My dog Rocco loves the food

My dog Rocco loves the food, it took him a few days to to get use to the change of food but now he loves it, the only thing that I do though is feed him twice & not once, the bulk is around lunchtime then around tea time the rest of the food.

My only issue is & its not to do with the food is when the shut down to relocate I was never given any notice, I found out by accident when I was checking on a re-order, I had to put a order in before the site shut down so they could relocate, I have still not been given any alternative websites to order items, luckily I order a lot more food to cover me till they reopen.

BLUE PLASTIC IN DOG FOOD

I initially contacted ooddles via email regarding a serious safety concern – BLUE PLASTIC IN DOG FOOD – and received a reply to my first email. However, after that initial response, none of my subsequent emails have been answered. It is extremely frustrating that there is no phone number available online for direct assistance.

The absence of any further communication or escalation options is completely unacceptable, particularly when the issue at hand poses a potential risk to pet safety. I am very disappointed with the lack of support and urge ooddles to address this matter with the urgency it deserves.

DO NOT USE

No delivery, no refund after several requests, excuse after excuse. This lot are clearly in trouble, but continue to take peoples money. I will be taking action against them.

Makes Promises They Don't Deliver On!

They were great to start with. BUT the most recent order was late and contained a flavour we'd requested not to have. Received a text saying they would add treats to the order to make up for lateness and replace the 4x flavours we didn't order with something else.

Nothing arrived. I had no response from emails and the number that texted me was rather shirty even though I remained polite. The texting was also over two weeks and yet no promises were delivered on!

Shame because the dog loves the food but we have now switched brands to a more reliable service.

No delivery, no refund, no communication

Used ooddles a number of times. First order came very quickly, since then we had many issues 2 deliveries were very late so they added an extra “freebie”, then we had 2 deliveries come on time as they were coming straight from the supplier so this was meant to mean quicker delivery times so we gave them the benefit of the doubt because the food is good. The last time I ordered 24/08 I STILL have not received my refund which I requested as I had to put my dog onto new food as we had no food left to transition him and it made him really poorly. For a company that are meant to be about dog health they seem to be doing the opposite . I received 2 phone calls since giving me different delivery days (after I emailed) , when neither of these were met I emailed again about a refund to have this request brushed off and told I could receive 25% off on my next order and the delivery would be here Saturday. I told them I didn’t want it delivered (which it wasn’t) and I didn’t want the 25% off as I had moved my dog food orders to a different company. This was 5 days ago I still have not had a response or refund. I gave 2 stars as their food really is good and a good range just a shame about everything else.

Brilliant

Been using Ooddles for about 5 years now and never had a problem. Order has arrived very fast (2/3days) for mid Scotland address. Any issues with order has had a wee note explaining the rest of my order will follow the next day - which it has without fail. Love the occasional extra "oops" treats too! My dog is very fussy, but she'll eat this (dry) food with no issue. Her poos are in great condition too, not much excess!

Do not use

Food took 9 days to arrive. Requested a refund several times as food was so late. Was promised a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill and some treats for my dog. Haven't received either and now I'm not getting a response when I contact them. Have used for around 2 years and not had an issue. The last few orders have been delayed - I assuming they have problems getting the food. The customer service I received this time was shocking.

Total scammers

I ordered 5 bags of dog food and they had only sent two. The courier clearly took a photo showing only one box containing 2 bags of food. I emailed them 3 times and they eventually texted me saying they have sent it out only to never receive it. Claimed a dispute via Paypal and they gave fake documents to Paypal and they've both now scammed me. If they behave this way imagine whats in the food you're feeding your pets! Avoid like the plague!

Edit: Just also found out that they are the puppy farmers that got shut down in Cheshire, Raffles Cockapoos.

Terrible Customer Service

Only placed 2 orders with this company and won’t be using them again as they’re unreliable and unhelpful when things go wrong. Order didn’t arrive on time so had to be dispatched again. When it arrived they had sent completely the wrong food. I couldn’t use the food supplied as my dog has allergies to the ingredients. I reached out to Ooddles customer service for help to get the order exchanged. I contacted them through their website chat but got no response so e-mailed them directly. Again didn’t get any reply or acknowledgment of my e-mail so I sent another e-mail to complain. Finally got a reply that someone would phone me but 3 days later and still no contact from this company. Very poor service received and they have absolutely no interest in helping to rectify their error. I will now be contacting my bank to get my money refunded and ordering from elsewhere in future.

No delivery

I have been ordering dog food from this company as it was the only one at the time that supplied quality cold pressed food suitable for my pooch with many food allergies. However, the customer service is appalling. I’ve not once received my full order on time (I have been ordering from them for over a year). Always missing bags, always plenty of excuses why something wasn’t shipped. Had to go few times through my bank to get the money back as they double charged. Absolutely horrific experience last time, when promises were made the remainder of the order will be delivered, but never was. Had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Fortunately found another brand that suits my pup so will never be ordering from Ooddles Kitchen ever again.

I have also recently learnt that the company owner is also the owner of Raffles in Cheshire which was exposed as a puppy farm, so that was the last straw to stay clear from this company.

Awful customer service. Missing order.

Ordered on Monday, money taken (£109), no DHL information, no sign of delivery (raw food so even if it arrives now it'll be no good). Tried to call, emailed, tried the live chat, messaged on Facebook and Instagram, no answer anywhere. Awful customer service. Been trying for three days. Having to go through my bank to get a refund now and find a different raw food brand for my dogs.

Very poor service

Very poor service! I only received a partial delivery (1 out of 3 bags delivered). Now over 3 weeks later, and despite 2 emails from me and using the crap chat bot on their website, still not had a full delivery or update from them.

I had something similar happen, earlier in the year but after I got in contact via email they emailed back stating it was a packaging error. They followed up with another parcel a week later with the rest of the food in, so i thought it must have been a one off mistake, and continued to order food from them.

So this is the second time this has happened, but this time they have not been in contact, replied to my emails or offered an explanation.

As an online company at the most basic level they are clearly not getting it right. At the end of the day it does not matter how good your food is, if you cannot be reliably trusted to deliver it, and mess people around, you will get a bad reputation and lose customer's.

In any case I will be taking action to get my money back and using another company from now on.

do not order from this company

do not order from this company. Had nothing but trouble from the get go. Was sent defrosted food, told it would be ok. But I informed them I weren’t comfortable with giving my dog warm food so they agreed to send me out another 6 as I had to bin 6. Bear in mind I spent over £140 on food.

Anyway, those 6 replacements still haven’t arrived and it’s been over a month. The service I have received is absolutely disgusting and I will never ever order again. I hope this review saves people time and their money as this should not happen to anyone, there is no excuse. You’ve taken my money and robbed me! Sent me messages to say I will “see” if your order has been sent. When it hasnt, lies lies and more lies.
How you think you can get away with this is beyond me.
