I really am impressed with this company
I really am impressed with this comp and product for the prices. I have a small business and all I need was a line used for marketing and one line for communication with my residence. Additionally the best part is the line I can send text msgs which is one of our main communication.
All this for such a low price. One product I am impressed for the value. I would totally recommend ooma

They called wanting our business and…LIED to get it
They called wanting our business and lied to us about what they could do. We told them up front what our system required and they assured us it was no problem. after buying into their hype we found they would not give us the provisioning information that is required for our system to work. Now we have to go thru porting our phone number back to Ring Central,which we should have never left but were promised lower price. We spent many hours on the phone repatedly , lost business because our phone system would not work and now are going back to where we started. we found that their people are not on the same page when it comes to what they can do or are willing to do. all we needed is the provisioning info for the phone lines we purchased and owned but they wer unwilling to give it to us buyer beware
