Spam calls and poor sound quality
We’ve had the VoIP phones for three days and already received a spam call. We bought the phone for our child to be in touch with his grandparents and friends. The audio quality is so bad that we can’t understand some of the voice messages that we received. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Did not like the service
Did not like the service. I didn’t like how long it took to get things figured out and it took seven times resetting my password on the first login to finally get it to work. It was just not something I would refer someone to.

Customer Service
My experience was great because the representative was patient, knowledgeable, and able to identify the issue quickly. They clearly explained that the new user was not assigned to a ring group and helped me understand how to correct it. I appreciate that the company provides support that is easy to understand and focused on resolving the customer’s issue rather than just providing basic instructions.

Every time I try to answer my phone from the ring group it disconnects my customer. I worked with you guys for an hour and a half and he said it was fixed and it’s not.

I really am impressed with this company
I really am impressed with this comp and product for the prices. I have a small business and all I need was a line used for marketing and one line for communication with my residence. Additionally the best part is the line I can send text msgs which is one of our main communication.
All this for such a low price. One product I am impressed for the value. I would totally recommend ooma
