Today was a total waste of time.

Bad service, receptionist don’t speak English, if you have any complains you are no longer welcome.
Bad treatment, Botox gone after less than 2 months. Today was a total waste of time.
I’ve got an appointment to check my Botox in my chin, made 3 weeks ago, and I bring my husband because he wants some peeling, creams and so on for the skin.
But when we arrived at 12 o’clock nobody said hello to us, and at 12.20 we were still waiting without anybody telling us anything..
We left. By the way wanted to tell you, the Botox you make me in August I think is not lasting as long as I would like. Now 2 months after I want to make a new treatment, but can only do every 3rd month, so I’ll have to wait 1 more month, this sucks!
The doctora answered me, because I send her the exact same message, but she was very rude and I was not. (?!) what!? Just because I’m not happy with the service?! Wow. Apparently there was traffic jam? But at least say hello to the customers and there will be a delay. And also it’s very hard to book appointments because the web page is in English but the receptionist can’t speak English. I called the place in 2018 and couldn’t get help, then I contacted them again maybe 2 months ago when I speak a little Spanish.
