On it goes...

On it goes.... Three weeks after the first complaint one of them finally went out to see the telegraph pole and downed cable last week and agreed with me that it was unsafe and a public hazard.
One week on and.......nothing has been done. I've reported it to the county council as a public hazard. I think they just yawn over this. These cl.owns are beyond belief.

I'm absolutely disgusted with this…

I'm absolutely disgusted with this company. There are wires hanging across my driveway and still nothing done about it. I can't get home heating oil delivered, can't get my skips removed and I can't get the moving van in so that I can move out. Disgraceful. The house will soon be up for sale and viewings will have to see this carry on across the drive way.

Worst company I've came across

Absolutely appalling service from open Air. Im without Internet for 2 months. 4 appointments cancelled or no shows. Confirmed the 5th appointed at 8 am this morning but got a phone call at 9 am to cancel or reschedule. All these days have been taken off work unpaid so at my own cost. Such a pity they do the installations for all the Internet providers as they clearly aren't capable of providing the service and keeping up with the demand. Extremely poor service being provided by this company.

Shambles

Shambles, disgrace, time wasters, no shows, liars I could go on. like others I've had 4 no shows. The company should be abolished as they are so bad at doing what they should and no one gives a dam. The engineers lie about access to properties they just don't show up. Avoid at any cost if you can but few alternative options.

Don't deal with this company!

Don't deal with this company!
I've had two no shows from them after promising me it wouldn't happen again.
Time taken off work waiting around for technicians to call, your appointment time and date is a joke to them, no calls to say they won't be showing up. This farce is going on weeks now and still no instlation of Fibre broadband to date !!!
Don't deal with them!!
Don't waste your time !!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Very incompetent. They really don’t know how to speak with customers.
Cancelled broadband installation 3 times.
It’s a complete joke.

scheduling an absolute joke dont believe the date your given

scheduling an absolute joke. was offered an early installation and now one showed up on the day. Then they could not fit me in anymore on the original date and then gave me a date 2 weeks later than the original date, they apologized that no one showed up but there's no real customer care as such. you cant offer to install something early and then deliver 2 weeks late that's just nonsense.

s given a different date for…

Was given a different date for installation by Sky and then open eir. Engineer didn't show up for either. When I phoned sky was told i had to contact Openeir. When he did show up after me phoning again he said he would return following day. No show again despite me waiting all day ( on my birthday to really annoy me). When I rang openeir was told installation rebooked for 12 aug. So no cancellation for today. Rebooked without checking if it suits me.

Expect your appointment cancelled last minute

Second time with these broadband installers. First time I had signed up with eir, this time with sky. They do not know how to manage their appointments. Whatever date you have scheduled a call out, expect them to cancel it on the day and reschedule for the following week. Horrendous service. No point complaining to them as they do not care on the phone. And no point complaining to eir or sky as it is out of their hands. Awful company

Cannot be contacted!

Have tried to contact via email several times to help with an issue with no reply. Have also tried to contact on X again nothing. Unfortunately, we need them to set up broadband but they cannot be contacted!

The Engineer cancelled the visit without calling to the house

The Engineer was a no show. I had taken the day off work for the visit. I had a missed call while waiting and I called back within a few minutes to be told by the office that the engineer had cancelled as there was no one home. At no point did an engineer call to the house. The Engineer apparently said there was no one home and swiftly moved on. This is unacceptable. Either the pressure the engineers are under to get to an unreasonable number of jobs in a day is too much or the Engineer is taking liberties, not calling to the houses and using tactics and the company system to cancel visits.

If I could give minus I would

If I could give minus I would. These are just awful to deal with. Rude, no shows on appointment days with no contact. I had to call and find out to be told oh he cancelled but didn't Inform me. 3 full days sitting at home waiting. Got a call soon as I left for school pickups that they were told I wouldn't be home for. I never want to deal with these again. hoping they will actually get to me today. Awful service
