CREATION OF A GLASS ROOM AND VERANDA BY KIM OF OPEN SPACE LIVING
Our glass room and veranda took three weeks to install. The company didn't come every day. Kim brought different people with him on three occasions. He said his staff were on holidays or at a funeral. Builders mess all over the lawn for all this time - despite being told that installation would take 6 or 7 working days. Both the Glass Room and Veranda leak. Kim (owner) came back to mend the leaks. Lots of sunny weather then until this week when it rained again. So many leaks, water inside the doors, water dripping down the inside of the glass, water dripping from the roof. The channels inside where the doors open are full of water. My furniture is now starting to smell damp and I cannot use the sottezza as the roof is leaking.
This is a superb Weinor product that has been badly installed. Kim cannot be found by his answering service or his office and is not answering his mobile phone or replying to a text.
