Best experience with the company so far. Good communication and response time specially on emails, even on the weekends they have helped with my urgent queries when the office was closed.

very poor service
very poor service, sign contract with them and went to collect car next day, no one at reception to advise anything after waiting 10 to 15 min had to knock their office door they advise me someone will be with me shortly I have been waiting nearly 2 hour lots of staff sitting in office doing nothing only one man was running around moving cars lot of noise was coming out from office looks like they were fighting, when finally my turn come to pick up car I said to guy I'm not happy from your service and and straight wait he raise his voice saying listen your are not king that we are serve you first one customer is waiting since morning etc etc I was like their slave that I have to listen his speech he just went on and on without letting me speak, None of staff member said single word of apology I ask them if this is the way you treat your customer I can cancel my contract he did not said any other word and said that's fine and cancel my contract when I ask other staff member I need confirmation for refund he said I will email you I try to explain what happen and he said you are not king that we serve you first and walk away did not bother to listen at all or given any importance I will never hire car from this company neither I will recommend to any of my friend very poor service

terrible communication
Before dealing with this company make sure you have a big slice of patience cake. The hiring out of the car is very time consuming. The cars are excellent by the way. Patience is required as it takes between 90-120 minutes to get the car. Once you have the car communication thereafter is virtually impossible without actually driving back to Ealing to talk to them. They almost never answer emails and telephone communication is not much better. If they actually answer the phone (I suspect they use caller id) if the issue you have is too difficult they hang up and then either they don’t answer when you call back or the person you were speaking to is conveniently not available.
Once you get the answer to the issue, my advice ........ get it in writing. DO NOT take word of mouth. As I did. ..... to my cost.
